Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through academic programs, providing support and advice on course selection, and assisting with career exploration and goal-setting. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a background in education.Qualifications
    • MBA freshers and graduates with 6 months experience minimum.
    • Experience in academic advising, counselling, or related fields preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and to collaborate with other counsellors, administrators, and faculty
    • Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to helping students achieve their goals
    • Knowledge of career exploration and goal-setting techniques
