Job Description

    About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Manager Sourcing & Channel Sales who will be responsible for generating business through channel partners, brokers, referral networks and other sourcing channels.The candidate will play a key role in building and managing the channel partner network, generating qualified leads, onboarding new partners and driving them towards business targets.This is a channel-focused sales role, where strong relationship management, networking and business development skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers and referral networks.
    • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
    • Activate new and existing partners and drive them to generate qualified leads.
    • Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and provide them with project updates, training and sales support.
    • Drive channel partners to achieve assigned business and sales targets.
    • Generate qualified leads through channel partners and other sourcing channels.
    • Coordinate effectively between channel partners and the internal sales team to ensure smooth lead handling and conversion.
    • Monitor partner-wise performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
    • Develop strong market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences and market trends.
    • Support sales planning, forecasting and business development through effective sourcing strategies.
    • Maintain strong partner engagement to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
    • Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate sales and channel partner reports.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Strong experience in Channel Sales and Channel Partner Management.
    • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
    • Experience in lead generation and business development.
    • Good understanding of the sales funnel and customer acquisition process.
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to identify, onboard and activate new channel partners.
    • Strong target orientation and ownership mindset.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
    • Good understanding of the real-estate market and competitive landscape.
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • MBA will be an added advantage.
    • 25 years of relevant experience in Channel Sales, Real Estate Sales, Business Development or Luxury Sales.
    • Prior experience managing channel partners, property brokers, referral networks or external sales networks will be preferred.
    • Candidates from premium/luxury real estate will have an added advantage.
    • Candidates with experience in plotted developments, villas, premium residential projects or high-ticket property sales are preferred.
