Job Description

    Responsibility1: Responsible for expansion of the account in terms of provisioning solutions. This need to further lead to increase in revenueEnsure SAM shows value addition and needle movement in Clients KPIs/goals/problem area by the ongoing delivery of solutions/servicesSAM should identify opportunities in the existing account which can be an upsell/cross sell and close the opportunity in terms of sales with the existing clientAble to connect the clients problems/KPIs to our offeringsProbe CMOs strategic problem through discovery meetingAbility to create solution presentation aligned with clients strategic challengesAbility make customer agree to proposed solution and inspire to change behaviorResponsibility 2:Build client and partner relationshipsNavigate clients internal hierarchy to generate superior relationships & influence & ensure each SAM reaches out the different POCsReach out to the Google Account Manager responsible for the client relationship and understand the change in Google StrategiesResponsibility 3:Be a clients partner to provide clients perspective to delivery team to drive value to the customer in sync upsEnsure we add value in account reviews by showing client value in our solutions/services, by addressing the points covered in the last meeting and utilizing the customer time for value addition and not stating the obviousBe gilding light to internal delivery team to provide them with perspective of clients key goalsResponsibility 4:Manage effective Project Management practices for internal & external stakeholderLead the project team ensuring that the client-first culture is built within the teamDrive consolidation of different activities that are going in parallel to thread them into singular projectPrepare the work breakdown structure and monitor the project progress proactivelyLead the project team ensuring that the client-first culture is built within the teamSet clients expectations for projects timeline, outcome and good or bad results a given project can lead toAlert client if time, resource that can drive project to failureEnsure that billability is as per the scope of work and so is the collection as per contractsDevelop a communication plan that enables stakeholder managementManage client expectations and escalationsAbility to understand projects risk and translate it to delivery team with suggestions to mitigate it.Note : We are looking for people who can join us immediately in 15-25 days
