Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a proven track record in managing client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by leveraging your expertise in end-to-end sales processes, particularly in the SaaS and software sales domains. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships while also identifying new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on SaaS and software solutions.
    • Engage in business development activities to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the enterprise and corporate sectors.
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the SaaS or software industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including B2B, field, and direct sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    This is a full-time position with a day schedule and an on-site work mode. We are looking to fill 3 positions for this role.
