Job Description

    Hi,Asper our telephonic discussion, forQuality AnalystforGurgaonLocationplease find the job details as below:Job Profile:Quality AnalystExperience : 06 MonthsShift Timing : 03:00 pm to 12:00 amSalary Budget : upto 5 lacWorking Days :Monday-FridayJob ProfileProvide admin and billing support to local accountants and F&C on NetSuite. The team works on various tasks which are critical from the financial/billing point of view and are directional in nature.Deliver seamless quality is a key pre-requisite since financial data is involved.Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
    • Level 1 Helpdesk support for NetSuite queries from Consultants, EAs and local Accountants
    • Assignment changes requests financial requests related to billing client, currency,
    • subsidiary change duplication of the assignment process
    • Assignment financial data sync between ORCH-MDM-NetSuite monitor, review, coordinate corrections.
    • Integration of NetSuite with L2C and ONG testing functionality and coordinate enhancements
    • Integration of NetSuite employee data with Workday monitor, review starters changes
    • leavers process, as well as work closely with Workday team and coordinate import improvements.
    • Access control for Partner Center in NetSuite
    • Other billing and invoices related tasks in NetSuite credit note, client invoices updates,
    • fee splits, final assignment closing in NS.
    • Archiving of old invoices from former accounting tool, ABW
    • Collaborating with Power BI team on reporting of Global Billings
    • Aligning with local offices and recommending improvements to their Lead to Cash process
    • Audit of Client invoices for DACH region
