Job Description

Our client is one of the largest manufacturers and distributors of stationary products for commercial and domestic use. They are recognized and widely known for their specialized papers like Glassline papers, Non-woven masking tapes and film products. They have been honored with the Business Sphere award and their clients include NGO, MNCs, PSUs, Paper Merchants in India and abroad. Based out of Delhi, the 40 yr old brand has a dedicated team of experienced and efficient professionals. Their state of art machinery ensures that their clients requirements are met with the right quality and quantity, along with being costefficient. They are now running multiple factories, a single-point warehouse and several sales offices across India. As an Accountant , you will be responsible for accounting services, payroll, GST withholding taxes, income tax, statutory audit and assurance tax. What you will do:

  • Accounting Services-
Responsible for monthly and annual accounting services which include provision of greed management reports and annual financial statements required for statutory purposes.
  • Payroll
Preparing and filing of payroll compliance
  • Secretarial, Companies Act and registrar of companies annual compliances
Responsible for Annual/periodic filings under Companys Act 2013 and Registrar of Companies (ROC)
  • Goods and Service Tax Compliance Services
Preparing and filing Goods and Service Tax Returns
  • Withholding Taxes Compliances
Providing compliance services relating to Withholding Tax (TDS) under Income Tax Act 1961 which will include : - Preparing and filing Withholding Tax Returns - Assistance in issuance of withholding tax certificates
  • Annual Income Tax compliance Services
Providing compliance services relating to preparation and filing of annual Income Tax return under Income Tax Act 1961.
  • Statutory Audit and Assurance
  • Tax Audit under Income Tax 1961 and issuance of accountants report in form 3 CA & 3 CD
Required Candidate profileWhat you will do:
  • Experience candidate who has knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Salary breakup, ESI/PF.
  • He should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
  • He would not stay more than 45 minutes away from the office location.
