Job Description

    Accounts Payable Capturist2Intern or student in Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting/Administration or related. Experience in accounts payable (desirable), database management, document capture and handling. Packages: Office, desirable. Managing an ERP, Oracle or SAP is a plusCompetences: Excellent Customer Service attitude. Organizational skills. Time availability. Effective communication, written and oral. Teamwork. Negotiation.RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THE ENVIRONMENT:The main internal relations of the owner are with the team of Analysts in the Accounts Payable area with thefollow-up of the records made within the accounting system, with the Requisitors and Buyers users related tothe follow-up of purchase order management, with all internal users with doubts and clarifications regarding theaudit of employee reimbursements.Externally, the incumbent engages with suppliers and audit teams to provide them with information on billingrecords, purchase orders, and clarifications.ADDITIONAL ASPECTS:The holder of the post believes that the main challenge he faces is to finish the catch for the countries in anefficient and timely manner, taking into account the service agreements established by the area.ADDITIONAL:We are a dynamic organization in a rapidly evolving industry.
