You will enjoy being part of CityMall if you:- Are Hungry enough to get your hands dirty and hustle through- Have First principles approach towards any problem- Are Humble to accept mistakes and work collaboratively to find answers- Love being part of 0 to 1 journey in a start-upRoles & Responsibilities:Manager - Accounts PayableTrade Payable- Candidate would be assigned to manage entire Accounts payable function with an end to end control over processing of AP Invoices.- Responsible for keeping a tight control over debit credit note from vendors.- Take a control over open Purchase orders and follow-up for the closure with purchase team- Establish a strong control over GST reconciliations and oversees coordination with vendor for any GST related issue.- Ensure supplier reconciliation on a periodic basis and promptly close open points in coordination with different teams.- Coordinate with warehouse team for any gaps in GRNs and ensure to establish processes to ensure seamless coordination between warehouse and finance team.- Coordinate actively with category team to ensure compliance with procurement processes and trouble shoot issues with team.- Take a control over vendor onboarding process and ensure compliance with the same. Do provide input on constant basis to improve on the processes.Non Trade Payable:- Candidate would be assigned to manage entire Non-Trade Accounts payable function with an end to end control over processing of AP Invoices.- Coordinate with different departments like Logistics, Marketing, Technology, Manpower agencies for estimating provisioning for each expense bucket.- Responsible for keeping a tight control over expenses and fixed asset spend. Reporting to management on capitalisation of new warehouses and spoke locations.- Ensure proper month end provision and prepaid account for expenses and work with each department to improvise on estimation of provisions.- Establish a strong control over GST reconciliations and coordinate with vendor for any GST related issue.- Ensure supplier reconciliation on a periodic basis and promptly close open points in coordination with different teams.- Coordinate actively with other team to ensure compliance with procurement processes and trouble shoot issues with team.- Take a control over vendor onboarding process and ensure compliance with the same. Do provide input on constant basis to improve on the processes. Skills and experience:Qualification: Post graduate or CA Inter or CWA Inter or MBA Finance Experience: 3-4 years as Assistant Manager Accounts payable Location: GurgaonIndustry: E-commerce, FMCG, Multi Brand Retailers or Wholesalers, Pharmaceutical.Candidate must have worked in an industry which has hidden_mobile+ SKUs and 200+ trade vendors.Communication skills: The position require inter-department communication thus good communication skills are requiredWe are hiring for two roles one for Accounts payable - Trade and One for accounts payable Non Trade.,
