Job Description

    Head - Brand Strategy & Marketing CommunicationThe position would be responsible for the following :- Person should be responsible for creating and evolving the brand identity.- Should have high level of ownership and vision for the brand of the company. - Managing and controlling the brand portfolio budget- Managing the Brand strategy and execution in India (Conceptualization to awareness)- Mange digital footprints of the brand- Planning branding initiatives, ATL and BTL activities for the brands- In charge of managing the media agencies- Building on the PR and marketing communications touch points for the brand- Manage consumer research for the brands and delivering initiatives in accordance- Team player; ability to partner and negotiate with cross-functional team to successfully deliver client needs.- Track record of delivering meaningful marketing programs that drive business success- Prior experience leading a team is required, as is the ability to motivate and rally a team around a common vision- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills- Promotes a culture of teamwork across organizational boundaries- Experience building communications strategies to deliver business KPIs highly desirable- Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities- MBA from a premier institute is preferred,
