    1. Maximize the quality services in the budgeted cost 2. Monthly expense report & per ws cost3. Controlling cost on certain admin heads; Utilities, Communication, Travel, Courier, etc.4. Yearly & Quartely Budget for Brances to monitor the expense
    • Vendor Management
    1. Guidelines for vendor management2. Ease the Bill & Payment Process for Branches3. Centralizing vendors for smooth functioning, reduce the number of invoices4. 100% compliances (agreements & other supporting documents) at all the branches in terms of Vendor Management5. No Objection Certificate6. Connecting other department for their procurement needs to avoid their extra effort on sourcing vendors
    • Day to day admin activities, Employees Engagement
    1. Visitor Management; Clients, Candidates, Vendors, etc. 2. Feedback Session with all staff (for better improvement at work place) 3. EE activities (Health Camp, Out door games, indoor games, Health & Environment Training, 4. Help Desk at all the branches for employees for their day to day admin related grievances 5. Office routine work
