Job Description

    Position: Admission Counsellor Location: Gurugram, Haryana Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Responsibilities: Counsel students regarding study opportunities in European universities represented by EduMagika Evaluate student profiles and match them with suitable courses and universities available within EduMagikas partner university network Explain admission procedures, eligibility requirements, documentation processes, and visa-related formalities Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online platforms Assist students throughout the admission application and onboarding process Coordinate with universities and internal processing teams for smooth application management Maintain accurate student records, follow-ups, and communication updates Build professional relationships with students and parents through transparent guidance and timely support Support seminars, counseling events, and student engagement activities when required Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication and counseling skills Prior experience in overseas education counseling preferred Knowledge of European education systems and admission processes is an advantage Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities Ability to professionally handle students and parents Organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach Basic understanding of visa and documentation procedures preferred Graduate degree required
