What Youll DoYour goal will be to disrupt and improve the way T&D teams work by increasing organizational agility to produce dramatically better outcomes.Your responsibilities will range from nurturing agility in our teams to shaping our broader transformation at an organizational level working across products and services for various functional and business domains. You will coach leaders and teams on a variety of agile related topics such as, product management, design thinking, lean, engineering culture, and DevOps.You will influence the overall mission and objectives of teams by focusing on customer values, coaching teams to embrace the right mindset in ways of working (cadence, ceremonies, tools), and on-boarding new teams with the setup of working processes. By anticipating and identifying impediments (systematic, behavioral, etc.) and working with the right owners to resolve them, you will monitor the team s outcomes and dynamics while assisting them in improving team performance and agile maturity. You will help with continuous development and improvement of methods (together with the rest of Agile Chapter) and its day-to-day incorporation with the teams.In this role, you will be a critical driver of T&D s overall transformation to a way of working that is anchored in continuous improvement, agility, design-thinking, and customer-centricity through teams. As such, your will often play the role of scrum master within teams where team and individual coaching will be most impactful from the beginning of their agile journey onward.,
