Pristyncare- AGM-Digital MarketingWhat youll be handling : - Driving digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google & affiliates, including web, SEM, email, social media and display advertising. - Compose relevant ad copy, create new campaigns, develop and implement A/B tests on copy and landing pages, and publish a weekly ROI report. - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Understand organization goals and how to maximize those measures of success through tactical strategies, technologies, and data analytics. - Executing and running performance marketing campaigns.- Analyzing and reporting on sales funnels to drive conversions and scale. - Suggest Landing page optimizations for a better conversion rate on the e-commerce portal. - Manage persona-driven ads requirements with the help of the content and creative team. - Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns, monitor and optimize for performance and work towards performance-driven marketing objectives. - Continuous experiment and run A / B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI. - Understand the users journey & funnel pyramid to set up the prospecting, dynamic remarketing campaigns to drive desired results.The ideal fit :- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in paid digital marketing- Digital Marketing experience running conversion tracking & traffic based ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and more channels.- Practical Experience with industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.- An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines- High levels of creativity and a data-driven mindset are a must- Prior experience in a campaign management role is preferable.- Someone with high degree of ownership and accountability- Open to 6 days working and working in a fast paced start-up environment About Pristyn Care :- Healthcare provider that rents spare OT capacity and surgical infrastructure of a hospital to perform surgeries for its own patients via Pristyns full-time surgeons.- We do elective procedures in Proctology, Laparoscopy, ENT, Gynaecology, Obstetrics & IVF, Urology, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, and Aesthetics.
