Job Description

1 -5 minimum years of accounting work experience, PE / hedge fund accounting experience is a bonusFundamental US GAAP and IFRS knowledge is a bonusGood working knowledge of MS Excel with an ability to create charts/pivot tables/knowledge of macros Potential mix of IC and reviewer roleCompletely own the Private Equity funds allottedBe responsible for reviews and checks for fellow peers and juniorsTracking investments, divestments, drawdowns/ distributions and any income/expense related to the fundsMonthly P&L reporting for the funds, preparation of fund expenditures packages and wire transfer requestsAnalyze and prepare expense allocations between multiple fund entitiesPrepare calculation of performance figures, waterfall calculations and othersComplete month end close process along with all control checks and NAV calculationsPrepare Financial Statements under IFRS and coordinate the audit on quarterly and annual basisWork on any system upgrades including data migration and testing,
