Job Description

Position - Android Developer

Qualification - B Tech, Computer Science or BE Computer Engineering or BCA/MCA

Experience - 2 to 4 Years

About The Role:

In The Company, you get an opportunity to be a part of the core developer team in a high growth startup to design and build cloud-based solutions to meet consumer needs. You will work on a range of complex problems involving several state-of-the-art technologies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of developing Android Applications
  • Develop android applications for on-app & e-commerce transactions.
  • Ensure a smooth and robust application at the front-end for a seamless experience for the customers.
  • Familiar with the usage of APIs and database utilities outside android.
  • Strong foundation in data structures & algorithms, OS, I/O, concurrency.
  • Has object-oriented design and development experience; knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, multi-threading, and complexity analysis.
  • Deliver across the entire app life cycle - concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
  • Participating in the UX design discussions by providing inputs related to the latest Android and iOS native UX design guidelines.
  • Should have knowledge about versioning tools preferable GIT
  • Should have the ability to guide the team at any stage and take ownership of the project.
  • Experience with iOS development would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Hardware Communication via Android / NDK build/ BLE is a plus

Must-Have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Android- eco-system, Kotlin and reactive programming (minimum 1yr experience with Kotlin)
  • Worked on technologies RxJava, Dagger 2, RxKotlin, BLE Interaction
  • Good with Lambda expressions, Unit Testing, Jenkins CI,
  • Understands architectural patterns like Clean, MVVM, repository style
