The Appian Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level applications using Appian BPM software. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in Appian development, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work collaboratively with the development team.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Appian applications.Work closely with business analysts to identify requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Troubleshoot and debug software issues as needed.Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members.Keep up to date with the latest Appian features and functionality.Work with other development teams to integrate Appian solutions with other enterprise systems.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in Appian development.Solid understanding of the Appian platform, including SAIL, process models, data types, and integrations.Experience with Appian Designer, Records, Sites, and Process models.Understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), integration patterns, and best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Appian Level 1 is mandatory.Appian Level 2 or 3 certification is a plus.
