Job Description

    Application Support EngineerExp- 7 to 10yearsLocation- GurgaonNp- 15days to ImmediateDay to day Operations involving onboarding of Assets, Smart Rules, end usersAccess provisioning and De-provisioningHandling Incidents, changes, Service requestsReviews with Stakeholders on various aspects like new requirements/issuesDevelop standards and approaches to enable seamless and secure integration of PAM solutionsWork with Audit and compliance Teams on need basisTechnical experience integrating, developing, automating security systemsImplementing Segregation of Duties strategies and process changesIdentifying opportunities for remediation within existing applications to enable conformance to least privilege principlesIdentify continuous improvement opportunities, working towards automation initiativesSelf-sufficient within the context of the role and scope with confidence to work independently and take responsibility for own developmentEssential Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subjectBeyond Trust PAM certification5 to 8 years of overall work experience with minimum 3 years Hands on experience on BeyondTrust Privilege access management in a fairly large organizationExpertise in onboarding devices, users and creating/Managing Smart RulesKnowledge on Access policies, connection profiles configuration.Onboarding of different types of systems to BT i.e. windows, Linux, network device, databases, web application.Troubleshooting experience of BT session and password management.Auto IT Script knowledge.Multi domain Active directory integration to BTWindows terminal server concepts.Good understanding of Audit and ComplianceGood speaking and writing communications.Preferred qualifications (Desired Experience):Proactive and team management capabilitiesCertification in AWS, Microsoft Windows ServerGood understanding of Audit and Compliance processesWorking knowledge on Service NowFlexible to accommodate time-zones, preferred comfortable with 24*7 operations, as teams are geographically dispersedCoding and scripting
