Job Description

    Category - FinanceJob Type - Permanent Description - The Candidate would get to head the Secretarial function & will be reporting to the MD & CEO. The person will oversee the entire Secretarial function & will work closely with Board & CEO on driving various Board meetings.Client Details : Client is a leading financial services firm based in Gurgaon and has a pan India presence through multiple distribution channels which have been customised to address the specific investment needs of diverse customer segments. The Company is committed to quality financial advice to its customers.- Providing support and advice to the board of directors on their legal and regulatory responsibilities- Organising and preparing agendas for board and committee meetings- Attending board and committee meetings and recording minutes of proceedings- .Ensuring corporate governance, preparation of Corporate Governance Reports, managing Investment and Audit Committee meetings.- Filing of required returns & documents with ROC, maintenance of statutory records / registers etc.- Drafting & finalisation of agenda for the meetings and circulation thereof to members.Profile: - At least 12 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or BFSI industry- Strong working experience on working with Board, driving Board meetings & the overall know how of secretarial responsibilities.- Strong communication & drafting skills.
