Job Description

    The position is centered on developing and executing technical business programs. TPMs are managers and must be able to manage projects from start to finish.Key Responsibilities :- Timely High-quality delivery of projects with high internal and external dependencies- Work with internal and external business and value chain partners- Project manage deliveries of high technical complexities and frequent changing landscapes- Manage Agile sprints- Work with senior leadership and maintain alignment on strategic projects- Focus on metrics-driven impact and not just deliveries- Own things end to endKey Skills :- 5+ years of experience as a TPM in prior projects- Excellent communication skills- Prior experience in Fintech TPMing is a definite plus in this role. Exposure to working with financial institutions as partners is a bonus.- Maintain Structured roadmaps, Ability to analyze data pertaining to projects in a sharp way.- Ability to assess risks and mitigate with ahead of time planning- Strong technical acumen, prior experience in delivering software projects is a must- Working knowledge of how APIs work, communicating and understanding high-level and low-level design documents.- Understanding of large scale multi-dependency designs- Working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a key skill here,
