Job Description

    Position Overview: The role of the Area Sales Manager (ASM) involves supervising sales activities in a designated area, guaranteeing the consistent attainment of revenue goals and market growth. They oversee inspiring and guiding a group of sales experts, devising strategic approaches to enter untapped markets, and cultivating strong connections with important clients to stimulate business expansion and fulfill company aims.Job Responsibilities: Create and execute sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned region. Guide and inspire a sales team to surpass targets. Evaluate performance, offer feedback, and organize training to enhance the teams abilities and output. Identify market trends, competitors, and expansion opportunities in the region. Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to drive sales and satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing, product management, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Track sales metrics, analyze data, and produce reports to monitor progress and pinpoint areas for improvement. Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resources to maximize profitability and ROI. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services and establish a regional brand presence. Candidate Profile: Must-Have Candidate must be a graduate in any field. Must be Tech-Friendly. Desired Skills/ Competencies Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
