Job Description

    Company overview:-Established in 1990,we are a healthcare service provider pioneering the field of medical diagnostics.We specialize in the manufacture of niche pharmaceutical products, called radiopharmaceuticals (api).Standard certification : iso 9001: 2008Annual turnover: 700 - 1000 croreRole:-Territory or Regional Sales ManagerIndustry:- Pharma or HealthcareWorkingMode:- RemoteRegion:- North India (Delhi ncr, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh)Role and Responsibility:-Responsible for driving sales of radiopharmaceuticals including f-18 labelled tracers, technetium generators, and other company products across nuclear medicine centres, hospitals, and imaging facilities. The role combines account management with oordination across orders, logistics, and collections.Sales & Business Development
    • Manage and grow sales of radio-tracers and allied products within given territory
    • Identify, engage, and onboard new customers to expand the Companys commercial footprint
    • Conduct regular in-person visits and structured follow-ups to deepen relationships and drive repeat business
    Account & Customer Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and channel partners
    • Manage the full order lifecycle: order punching, confirmation, and discrepancy resolution
    • Track and follow up on outstanding receivables; coordinate with internal finance and customers for timely collections
    • Address customer queries and complaints promptly
    Marketing & Product Support
    • Execute marketing initiatives and product awareness campaigns at the territory level
    • Educate customers on clinical applications, compliance requirements, and operational aspects of Company products
    Logistics & Operational Coordination
    • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical products
    • Maintain accurate records of orders, visits, collections, and market activity
