Immediate Opening for Assistant Manager with Leading L&D Company -Work within organizations sales policy framework, objectives and initiatives, will be directly responsible for driving Sales of the company(Behavioral training programs) and Integrity Solutions (Sales and Sales effectiveness training) in North India. Client acquisition and nurturing the relationship with existing customers. - Will be responsible to meet and interact with HR/Training/L & D heads to understand the training needs of the clients, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and offer training Solutions to clients. - Achieving growth and hitting sales targets :Will be responsible to generate business, should have Strong business sense and industry expertise. Experience in the training industry will be an added advantage. - Should possess excellent Communication Skills need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers understand the direction and recommendations solutions.
