Job Description

    As a Assistant Manager - Accounts, you will demonstrate a strong understanding of branch accounting principles and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to branch activities.What you will do:- Handling the reconciliation of E-Commerce transactions, ensuring accurate settlement and timely closure of outstanding amounts.- Reconciling financial data from various E-Commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.- Overseing the reconciliation of E-Commerce inventory, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure accurate representation of stock levels.- Managing and maintaining accounting records for both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.- Generating and analyzing monthly closure reports, providing insights into financial performance and discrepancies, and presenting findings to the management team.- Utilizing advanced Excel skills to create and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports, offering valuable insights for decision-making purposes.- Possessing a deep understanding of E-Commerce accounting practices, including the implications of Goods and Services Tax (GST), and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.What you need to have:- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Previous experience in E-Commerce accounting and settlement.- Strong knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and inventory reconciliation.- Proficient in generating and analyzing MIS reports using Advanced Excel.- Familiarity with B2B and B2C accounting principles.- Sound knowledge of GST and its application in E-Commerce transactions.
