Job Description

Owns the SOX Compliance Program and Implementation from an IT standpoint. Be the face to External IT Auditors.Plan, lead and execute the IT SOX and IT and Business Systems Programs and Projects.Manage SOX-readiness IT control identification and testing for new systems, applications and automated controlsLead Internal Systems software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT general controls (ITGC), and application control walkthroughs for new or complex processes and systems across applications in scope for Audit.Review IT process documentation for accuracy, completeness and relevance and update as necessary.Lead annual SOX 404 testing with internal and external auditors, including walkthroughs and tests of controls, including IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, and Key Reports.Manages and maintains corporate policies and respective JIRA service desks.Develops the PMO framework and methodologies that guide the execution of initiatives.Leverages strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive strategic change.Lead benchmarking and other initiatives to improve controls, make internal processes more efficient, effective, and/or reduce cycle time compliance related initiativessox
