A business exhibiting the same unique combination of management skills, best practice methods and adventurous spirit that exists with Mace globally.The roleAssistant Manager - Fit- outYour responsibilities will include: Coordinating with rest of project team members. Supervising and managing various contractors for fit- out of specific areas in various types of residential and commercial buildings. Coordinating with various trades. Estimating manpower for various trades. Making a follow- up on production targets. The requirementsYour experience, knowledge and skills need to include: 7- 10 years experience in fit- out projects, with progressive experience covering 2- 3 projects such as retail malls, hotels, high- end commercial buildings and etc. Delivery of high quality finishes experience. Knowledge of construction materials and good works practices. Ability to work as effective team member. Ability to supervise people. Indian experience is useful. International project delivery experience is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indian languages. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good knowledge of IT. Qualifications A bachelor degree in civil engineering. With professional memberships.
