Hiring for Assistant Manager-Housekeeping for the leading cinema industry in Gurgaon location:Qualification: BHM/ IHM, Diploma in Hotel ManagementSalary: 32K In handmax age: 33 years oldJob Responsibilities:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Be responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures by which the highest possible degree of cleanliness, maintenance, and aesthetic value is achieved. 2. Be flexible when establishing staffing patterns that permit each department to reach its goals within the limits of the budget plan. 3. Inspect and patrol all housekeeping concerned areas frequently to check and confirm the quality standard. Stand by in case of emergency, i. e. flooding, earthquake, etc. 5. Ensure that all housekeeping staff carry out their cleaning tasks in a consistent manner, assuring conformity to standards by constant inspection. 6. Review staff performance in areas of discipline, termination, and promotion, and develop departmental training programs. Enforce the standard of grooming, courteous service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Maintain a smooth, timely communication between departments. 9. Control the overhead expenses and remains within the budget. Produces monthly reports on preventive maintenance and analysis of loss/ usage per area on every major expense category including but not limited to labour, chemicals, supplies, linens, laundry, uniforms and contract cleaning. Ensures all vouchers are authenticated. 11. Make recommendations for capital expenditure and special repair and maintenance programs in all areas of the department. 12. Monitor record keeping, purchasing, and inventory control to forecast future expenditure, including any potential enhancement in FF&E. Approve all supply requisitions. 14. Directly control the `Lost & Found and be responsible for smooth, timely communication between departments and customers. 15. Help safeguard the Multiplex assets by implementing control procedures for linens, supplies, equipment, and other items. 16. Visits evening shift and overnight shift periodically. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.,
