Job Description

Should have handled Sales Marketing activities of Mid - Size Company. Experience in Channel Sales and direct Sales is a must. Expanding of sales targets , sales team and profitability of the assigned region of sales. Reviewing of Sales team performance of the region and taking corrective measures. Marketing / Business Development activities in the assigned territory. Closing of crucial sales orders its execution. Should have Good in depth knowledge of geography of territory to assess potential. Should have had interactions with middle management / Top management at customer end to generate enquiries , negotiations , on closing orders. Key Responsibilities : To handle and develop dealers , OEMs in Bangalore market. To devise and implement sales strategy in consultation with Territory head. Generating the Leads sourcing the business. Co - ordination with all the areas in the region for marketing requirements. Establish presence and increase market shares by constantly upgrading Field - marketing standards. Generating the Leads sourcing the business through direct sales team channel partners. Leading monitoring Sales Teams in the assigned location. Maintain the Sales customer complaints MIS coordinate with service team to solve the customer problem. To build strong client relationship both in large Pvt. Sectors public sector undertakings , dealer network in small towns. Meeting Senior Management / Top Management at customer end to generate enquiries , negotiations , on closing orders.,
