Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Handling the team of QA and leads. Inspiring and motivating team members to achieve their best. Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
    • Addressing conflicts within the team in a timely and constructive manner. Mediating disagreements and finding solutions that benefit the entire team.
    • Monitoring individual and team performance. Providing constructive feedback to help team members improve. Recognizing and addressing performance issues.
    • Allocating resources efficiently to ensure tasks are completed on time. Managing workloads and assignments. Identifying and addressing any resource constraints.
    • Identifying the skills and knowledge gaps within the team. Supporting the professional growth of team members.
    • Being proactive in identifying potential issues and mitigating risks.
    • Performing the audit as per the business requirements
    • Setting Goals with the team and guiding them as to how to achieve it.
    • Monthly reviews and Dashboards Monthly reviews to be conducted with all the stakeholders.
    • Periodic review and preparation of the SOP and highlight any discrepancies found to the stakeholders.
    • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure smooth implementation of business improvement initiatives.
    • Work closely with department heads to promote business excellence. Communicate effectively to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed about progress, challenges, and outcomes.
    • Identify potential risks associated with process inefficiencies or areas of concern. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies as part of business excellence initiatives.
    • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business excellence strategy to improve the overall organizational performance.
