Job Description

Assistant Manager, Technology- Airwatch Workspace one

  • In this role you will serve as SME for Endpoint Management, responsible for supporting all facets of Patching planning, setup, deployment, engineering and maintenance.
  • Drive Problem Management with focus on RCA and RCCA in collaboration with larger SME group and domains
  • Needs to handle OEMs relationship and resolve dispute if any between internal and business partner
  • Bring Industry standard methodologies to ensure operational stability
  • Drive Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams
  • Self-Learner to skilled on new technologies
  • Adhere to SLA s define and Goal Achiever
  • Explore opportunities to optimize and ensure we are in line with business requirements.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
  • Extensive experience in the implementation, administration and configuration of Workspace one(MDM) Enterprise environment
  • Must have experience of Tanium Design, Architect, installation, configuration and experience on Patching platform, Airwatch workspace for business scale of 20k+ Endpoints.
  • Should have understanding on endpoint persistent Tool i.e. Absolute, endpoint Imaging tool Smart deploy/Smart imager etc.
  • Experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting
  • Experience handling an OS image for large corporate environments
  • Investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues and actively pursue mechanisms for preventing, or automating the response to reoccurrences
  • Experience in building MSIs/package using automated tools.
  • Windows Automated Installation Kit (WAIK) tools. Linux CLI and Script expertise
  • Superb communication and written skills
Preferred qualifications
  • Certification in Airwatch workspace one MDM platform
  • Certification and Deep understanding on Tanium platform
  • Fair understanding on Absolute, Smart deploy and Win10 endpoints
  • Proficient critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Able to learn and support new and constantly evolving technologies
