Job Description

    DescriptionRole & Responsibility:
    • Responsible for planning & monitoring project management strategies.
    • Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.
    • Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation.
    • Collate and analyze data and generate reports.
    • Conducting project audits and analyzing project progress and execution.
    • Monitor project compliance and alignment of business strategies.
    • Proactively resolve project related issues and bottlenecks.
    • Ensure quality of project by regular inspections.
    • Recommend and ensure continuous improvement in the project management process.
    • Ensure EHS compliance on site.
    • Manage day-to-day aspects of project plan and scope.
    • Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project.
    • Ensure proper documentation for projects.
    • Ensure SOP compliance for projects.
    , RequirementsWhat youll need:
    • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Powerpoint, photoshop.
    • Strong Analytical skills.
    • 2-3yrs of Project execution in interior fit out projects .
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
    • Leadership & general management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Quick problem solving skills.
    • Tech-savvy, and good in adopting digital and technological initiatives.
    • Degree in project management/ construction management or a related discipline.
