    Assistant Sales Manager (Job Description)
    • Build & maintain relationships with existing as well as potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions accordingly.
    • Drive the sales process from the meeting to close, leading our dedicated sales team.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify target markets, customer segments and growth opportunities.
    • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Manage profitability as per the management guidelines by closing win-win deals .
    • Manage professional communication via emails and calls to maintain end-to-end coordination
    • Maintain sales data to identify patterns, trends and areas for improvement.
    • Assist in training & mentoring junior sales team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
