Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities :-
    • Partner with Inflight and Catering, when developing new product offering of IndiGo
    • Training of teams on new products finalized.
    • Partnering with the Flight Operations and AOCS team for new possibilities of product enhancement
    • Develop new initiatives to drive the program across the network.
    • Manage changes in learning frameworks for customer service training for the airline
    • Conducting customer service refresher for Airport Managers
    • Partner in Design and TNI
    • Managing AOCS process and technical training - DCS, policy, process, Visa and international documentation, GSA, Code share training, World Tracer
    • Own and enhance the customer service training of AOCS for the organization
    • Support with world tracer and baggage management (Arrivals - International/Domestic)
    • Manage training compliance on LMS (learning management system)
    • Support and ensure successful domestic and international airport launches.
    • Implement new training initiatives that enhance overall customer service delivery.
    • Ensure process reiteration through learning coaches across airports.
    • Launch of monthly Knowledge Enhancement assessment for AOCS
    • Regular feedback / assessment for flagship programs
    • Weekly / monthly learning engagements for airports on service and international travel requirements
