Job Description

Assistant Vice President, Transformation LeadWe are launching a Strategic Workforce Management initiative, People Supply Chain (PSC), that leads all aspects of design, build and implementation of the prioritized solution themes across multiple functional areas. This operations-wide initiative includes mobilizing resources to implement the end state IT ecosystem to optimized project partners with functional teams to streamline, collect, disseminate required data/information, and institutionalize a standard process built on a digital backbone to optimize our talent demand and supply. The new hire would be encouraged to bring in fresh perspective and open the boundaries around how we have handled the demand and supply in the organization historically.This initiative is about driving the RIGHT people & skillset for the RIGHT project in the RIGHT geography at the RIGHT time with the RIGHT cost structure. This role is a part of PSC and you will have a direct impact as a Leader on how the project is run in one of Genpact s verticals. Given it is a new muscle we are building and a change we are driving, we are looking for a visible change advocate who will passionately care about making this mission happen in the assigned business line.Responsibilities

  • The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes. In this role you will
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, proactively listen and synthesize inputs & feedback from the business to set up a positive feedback loop to the team within the PSC that is working on driving process standardization
  • Work closely with vertical leadership including COOs and cross-functional teams including the vertical HR leaders and transition teams to plan and deliver on the deliverables for the new PSC roadmap
  • Strategize, implement, and maintain project initiatives that are in line with organizational objectives
  • Take end to end ownership of tasks and execute them with high velocity and perseverance
  • Be a change champion and co-opt others to be a champion of change
  • Co-work and build relationships with business leaders by succinctly articulating what s in it for them (backed by data) to lead change
  • Champion the change within the aligned business by using the data to drive the change at every level
  • Drive regular governance model within the vertical to lead changes and bring back the feedback from the business to work together in partnership
  • Challenge the status quo across key feeders to the supply pool and implement solutions that facilitate visibility of available skills across talent supply chain
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications
  • Own the way in implementing the solutions, be detail oriented and build a solid execution plan
  • Experience in project handling complex projects end to end
  • Being able to quickly build a rapport and establish a collaborative partnership with the business leaders
  • Smarts to articulate what s in it for the business leaders to drive this change: Commercial acumen
  • Passion and tenacity to inspire change
  • Ability to fail forward and learn rapidly from the failures and course correct appropriately
