Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Assist the V P International Sales, in preparing annual sales plans for both GSAs & trade, across all the assigned areas/ markets, distribution channels and segments and ensure that challenging revenue targets are set to achieve the overall airlines revenue objectives.
    • Prepare annual cost budgets for your markets/ areas, to support marketing requirements. Provide inputs to management on policies and incentive programs, for optimizing sales through agents and corporate.
    • Ensure trade sales/ revenue targets and costs are within the budgets for your assigned market, and provide support and guidance to the local GSA sales team, with the objective of achieving their revenue targets.
    • Provide strategic direction to GSAs and sales managers on the development of new markets and customer segments with core focus on Corporate, SME, MICE, Leisure and specialist markets (e.g. Marine) in addition to VFR and labour.
    • Provide timely and actionable MIS to Sales Manager/ GSAs ensuring that the revenues remain on track. Provide regular updates on forecast forward loads to facilitate effective sales planning to generate incremental revenue through tactical campaigns. Provide effective and regular feedback to HO departments regarding OAL practices/ product changes, which may negatively impact 6Es bottom line.
