Job DescriptionTo manage end- to- end incentive compensation program including incentive processing, IC design, goal setting, data management for life sciences companies.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead multiple incentive engagements from IndiaOwn PnL for all the projects being managedWork on business development by writing proposals and creating solution decksWork with product team on enhancing our service offeringsAccountable (Lead) for delivery of projects (multiple) in incentive compensation spaceWork on setting up and delivery of services on Axtria s solution for incentive compensation management especially in the area of Pharma (domain).Ensure process compliance in all the projects being managedCoordinate with US team, technology team and delivery teamManage a team in India for deliveryLogical Thinking Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. Notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.Task Management Project management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan tasks, discuss and work on priorities.Communication Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal.Required Skills and ExperienceRequired Experience:12- 18 years of professional experience in commercial operations with 6+ years of relevant experience in incentive compensation (preferably in life sciences or medical devices industry).Experience in other commercial operations processes like alignment, call planning, field reporting will be added advantage.Experience of working in developing solutions and business development.Expertise in any of the languages: SQL, SAS, R.Expertise in Excel and VBA.Excellent in communication and storyboarding of results.Experience of working in any enterprise grade incentive compensation platform.Self- starter, ability to work with minimal supervision, pick up new solutions quickly & ability to work under pressure.Energetic and ability to contribute to organization beyond assigned work.Teams: Ability to manage 15+ folks from career growth and talent management perspective beyond project delivery.Qualification: B- Tech/ BE/ MBA/ PostgraduateBehavioral Competency:Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.Proven ability to handle incentive deliveries with highest level of quality and process adherence.Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with leaders in India and US).Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus.Ability to present our solution to clients.Ability to conduct trainings.Desirable qualities:Customer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external clients.Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
