Job Description

    Position: Associate Grievance Specialist (Partner Follow-up Team) Company: Wiom Location: Gurugram Experience: 23 years CTC: 4.3 LPA Employment Type: Off-roll Department: Customer ExperienceKey Responsibilities
    • Handle customer grievances and complaints end-to-end.
    • Coordinate with partners, technicians, and field teams for issue resolution.
    • Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA timelines.
    • Track and improve customer experience metrics such as:
      • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
      • Ticket Aging
      • Resolution Rate
      • TAT (Turnaround Time)
    • Share Voice of Customer (VOC) insights with management.
    • Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements.
    Skills They Are Looking ForMust-Have
    • 23 years of customer support, grievance handling, or partner support experience.
    • Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
    • Experience interacting with customers and external partners.
    • Basic Excel and data-handling skills.
    • Experience using CRM/support tools.
    Preferred
    • Startup experience.
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up aggressively on pending cases.
    • Problem-solving and ownership mindset
