Job Description

Service Now Ticket queue monitoring and assignment of tickets to engineers
weekly capacity reporting on storage, SAN infrastructure, and SLAs
assist in managing larger tasks and projects with supervision from management and storage engineers
Assist in PO creation, asset tracking, and scheduling services with vendors
work with engineers and management on special projects as needed
provide low-level administrative support for storage such as storage audits, capacity approvals, simple capacity requests, and capacity planning
Oncall is NOT a requirement of this post.

Holding an experience of 2-3 years.

Will assist the global storage team by providing day-to-day monitoring of the ServiceNow ticket queue, storage reporting, and tier-1 storage support.
