Job Description

    Leading building material and construction company requires Asst Manager -Purchase( Construction)- Gurugoan ( sector 75 A)We are looking out for Asst Manager- Purchase ( Gurugram) locationWe only prefer from engineering / real estate /construction/Architectural companies-PFB the JD and detailsRoles and Responsibilities:Procurement Strategy:-Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the companys focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability.-Continuously analyze and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost savings.Supplier Management:-Identify and engage with reliable suppliers for engineered wood, construction materials, and interior products.-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure the best value for the company.-Monitor supplier performance and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.Market Analysis:-Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging opportunities in construction and interior materials.-Provide insights to refine procurement strategies and ensure competitive sourcing.-Collaboration and Forecasting:-Work closely with internal teams to forecast material requirements for bespoke timber homes, fenestration systems, and luxury interior projects.-Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining high-quality standards.Qualifications and Experience:-Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the architecture, interiors, or construction industry.-Proven track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize procurement processes and leverage pricing.-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.-Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven mindset.-Knowledge of sustainable and high-performance materials is a plus.If the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share e your updated cv and the following details- Current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc- Relevant experience in purchase-Reason for leaving current/last jobs-Share portfolio
