Job Description

    Hiring: AutoCAD Draftsman - Team LeaderLocation: GurgaonTotal Experience: 7 yearsCTC: Hike on current CTCRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor a team of 7 CAD technicians/drafters.
    • Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and schematics using CAD software for architectural, structural, and civil projects.
    • Develop interior and exterior elevations from floor plans and site photos.
    • Work efficiently in Model Space and Paper Space with multiple scales.
    • Convert hand-drawn sketches into AutoCAD drawings, ensuring accuracy in layering and dimensions.
    • Oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for team members.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) for architectural & civil drawings.
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Civil, and MicroStation (added advantage).
    • Experience in both Metric and Imperial units.
    • Ability to prepare Bill of Materials (Door & Window Schedules).
    • Expertise in creating multiple sheets using X-Ref files.
