Job Description

Engage engineering teams, product line managers and product owners to transform high-level requirements into optimized test coverage.
Develop test strategies to fully exercise Packet Optical Transport product; System level, Routing and Switching, Provisioning, Performance and Scale, Fault management, Network traffic integrity.
Write effective automation to cover different feature sets to minimize continuous manual efforts.
Manual & automation testing for various feature sets within agile methodology and involve software designers for quick resolution of critical and blocking bugs.
Test coverage per release and software requirements and fulfill gaps whenever required by manual & automation testing.
Analysis of sanity/regression results and make sure to triage software issues with designers within time for quality executions.
Use test engineering knowledge to create system level tests to drive improvements in scalability, performance & high availability.
