Job Description

    Industry - Education / Teaching / Training Category - IT & Systems Skills - IT SecurityJob Type - Permanent- Drive enterprise-focused security improvements to the products and services and assess risk within the context of real threats faced.- Design infrastructure and drive its implementation to protect their networks and systems and provide security expertise andClient Details :Our client is a Series C funded E-Learning platform that aims at redefining the classroom engagement in the CountryDescription :The key responsibilities of the role are: - Driving enterprise-focused security improvements to internal products and services- Assessing risk within the context of real threats faced by platforms and Designing infrastructure and drive its implementation to protect networks and systems.- Providing security expertise and guidance to a diverse set of engineering and business teams.- Conducting security reviews of core corporate and production infrastructure.- Working on next-generation platform security designs and projects- Building security tools and processes using Python or Go or Javascript for critical infrastructure, protection, monitoring and remediationProfile :A Successful candidate should have the below attributes: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.- 8+ years of relevant work experience in security.- Coding experience in one or more general-purpose languages.- Experience with network protocols and secure network design.- Experience in the development of security tools, automation, or frameworks.- Experience with attacks and mitigation methods and two or more in the following: operating system internals and hardening, security network design and protocols, and security assessments.- Experience in operating system internals and hardening (e.g. Windows, Linux, OS X, Android).- Experience in authentication and access control, and applied cryptography and security protocols.Job Offer :- Opportunity to be part of a fast-paced firm in the E-Learning space- Senior leadership role with high accountabilityTo apply online please click the Apply button below.
