Job Description

    Job Requirements:
    • Build a WFM strategic plan to increase interval- level forecast accuracy while achieving grade of service and reducing costs.
    • Track and Monitor Utilization. Suggest and implement plans for improvement of utilization.
    • Partner with business for resource forecasting, Review of demands in line with overall revenue growth of the unit
    • Manage the account payable function including processing and accuracy of invoices, payments and expense billing
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
    • Analyse the financial data from Invoices, Headcount and provide valuable information for monthly books closure
    • Manage a team of forecasters & Payables Team with varying levels of experience, mentoring and developing their skills.
    • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and report quality.
    • Maintain integrity, consistency and accuracy of database and reports.
    • Strategize, Implement and track resource fulfilment within the group Excellent Resource Management principles.
    • Drive transformation, sponsor change initiatives across the engagement.

    • Solid data analysis skills; Demonstrated experiences in data story-telling and interpreting data.
    • Exceptional execution capabilities to get things done in a tight deadline while managing ambiguity and changing priorities.
    • Good grasp of data, numbers and good command over excel.
    • Understanding Credit Card products and lifecycle would be added advantage.
    Education:
    • Bachelors, MBA or Advance Degree equivalent.
    Experience:
    • At least 8-12 years working in a WFM analytics or reporting role.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access).
    • Statistical techniques for Prediction, Forecasting and analysis
    • Power BI, Power Query
    • SQL added advantage
