Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
• 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to travel for sales purposes
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
