Job Description

    Position: Bengali Customer Support Executive Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Shifts: 24/7 Rotational (Monday to Friday) Weekends Off: Fixed Salary: Hourly basis with unlimited OT (Paid) Immediate Joiners PreferredVertex Global Services is currently looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Customer Support team as Bengali Customer Support Executives. If you are passionate about helping customers and have excellent communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi, we would love to have you on board!Key Responsibilities:
    • Engage with customers in Bengali over phone/email/chat to resolve their queries.
    • Provide excellent customer support with no target and no work pressure.
    • Communicate effectively in English and Hindi when needed.
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by offering clear, accurate, and timely information.
    • Flexible shift hours, with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule (Monday to Friday).
    • Work from the office in Gurgaon.
