They listen to customers preferences and combine them with their expertise to create personalized home decor that reflects customers personality.We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Woodwork & Hardware BOM Specialist to join our dynamic team at Interior Company. As a Woodwork & Hardware BOM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of interior design projects by managing and coordinating with our design and category teams.Responsibilities and Duties:<>Check project drawing plans prepared by the design team.<>Collaborate with the design and category teams to manage and coordinate production and installation work within estimated timelines and INCO quality standards.<>Well versed with modular furniture, factory made.<>Preparation of panel size with drawings. <>Knowledge of Core material, finishing material,( laminate, Membrane, Acrylic,edgeband) <>Optimization of panels with software.<>Calculation knowledge, SFT, RFT<>Ensure that Cutlist is completed in stipulated time.<>Prepare Hardware and Accessory BOM with detailed drawings.<>Demonstrate expertise in modular furniture, including factory-made components.<>Proficient in the knowledge of hinges, channels, accessories, and screws.<>Utilize calculation knowledge for SFT (Square Foot) and RFT (Running Foot).<>Ensure timely completion of BOM.<>Possess knowledge of hardware and joinery.<>Familiarity with modular furniture fitting and feasibility.<>Guarantee adherence to SKU codes and offerings as per INCO standards.Qualifications and Skills:<>Minimum 1 year of experience in a Design or factory role in Residential interior.<>At least 6 months of experience in the modular furniture industry.<>Proven expertise in hardware, accessories, and modular furniture components.<>Strong organizational and communication skills.<>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<>Proficient in using relevant software for BOM preparation.<>Commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
