Job Description

    As a member of the team at Haleon, you will be part of a purpose-driven consumer company dedicated to improving everyday health for millions of individuals. Our trusted portfolio of brands, such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum, leads in resilient and growing categories, blending deep human understanding with trusted science.In this role, your key responsibilities will include:- Understanding deep consumer and category insights for designated category/ies- Identifying white spaces and unmet need states with a definitive right to win for the brand- Collaborating with key functions such as Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Finance to develop a winning proposition- Designing the demand generation model in partnership with the marketing, sales, and finance team- Planning and executing innovations in India- Delivering differentiated consumer, expert, and shopper validated launch toolkit on time and in full- Responsible for delivering Plan Innovation P&L for the Brand in the India market- Efficient market mapping and segmentation- Understanding consumers by segmentsTo excel in this role, you will need:- An MBA from a Premium Business School- Ability to launch innovations, develop brand strategy, align senior stakeholders, and focus on strong execution- Minimum 8 years of previous experience, with 2-3 years of Innovation Marketing experience- Digital Marketing and E-commerce experience, along with a science background, is an added advantagePreferred qualifications include a Masters degree, strong financial capabilities, experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and the ability to adapt effectively in various situations.At Haleon, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating an inclusive environment that celebrates unique perspectives and promotes fair outcomes for everyone.
