Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings!Profile:Branch Managerwalkin date: 13th Feb 2021venue:IIFL, UG-1 Ocean Complex, Sector 18, Noida.Contact Person - Shivangi BansalLocation: Delhi/ Gurgaon/ Noida/ Faridabad/ GhaziabadRoles and Responsibilities:

      • Will be responsible for meeting the branch targets of all financial Products promoted by the organization which includes Gold Loans and cross selling of Loan products via SME Loans, Home Loans and Investment products via Health Insurance, Bundled Insurance, Mutual Funds, NCDs or any another financial products introduced by the organization based on requirement.
      • Will be responsible to participate in fmarketing activities along with the team to improve the brand visibility & generate leads for New CUIDs of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the catchment areas.
      • Will be responsible to prepare reports related to branch functioning ,its performance and take necessary actions for Branch business growth.
      • Will be responsible for strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in contro
      • Will be responsible for coaching,mentoring & training the team and also provide timely feedback on the performance and motivate them to achieve Goal Sheet.
      • Will be responsible to review teams productivity at regular intervals and guide/support them for achieving the branch targets.
      • Will be responsible for adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies of IIFL - KYC adherence.
      • Will be responsible for Correct valuation and maintaining 100% Process compliance at branch.
      • Will be responsible for maintaining & displaying of statutory abstracts and registers as per the guidelines and compliance.
      • Will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR and prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.
      • Will be responsible to maintain the branch in a hygienic environment.
      • Will be responsible for proper utilization & up-keeping of marketing & promotion material.
      • Will be responsible to conduct regular checks on Safety equipments via CCTV Records,Panic Button,OTP device etc and other branch infra structure.
