Job Description

    Brand Head - Luxury (12+,Gurgaon)Industry : Retail The Brand Head will lead and develop an outstanding team with a clear understanding of the boutique goals and constantly deliver a customer experience that is in line with our clients standard of excellence. They need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service and driving sales and all KPIs.Client Details :Amongst the leading watch retailers in India. They are growing at a very fast pace in Indian markets and are looking for a passionate and driven professional who can contribute to their retail operations.Description :Achieve Sales targets : 1. Responsible for the definition and achievement of the sales target for the MBO store and to achieve/exceed them in alignment with his/her direct report(s)2. In charge of the relationship with Store VIPS, team with CRE/SCRE/DSH as often as necessary to help them build stronger relationships thanks to networking and client treatment initiatives, lead and develop new opportunities in the market3. Sales & Profit targets all India. Mindful of brand wise goals.4. Act as pilot and review regularly the monthly boutique dashboard with his/her team, submit quarterly related action plan, accountable for results- 5. Create pipeline and be mindful of margins and discounts so that it aids company profitability- Client/Customer relationship Management - Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service and store experience 1. Maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service2. Manage and maintain in relation with the CRM an updated list of clienteles, Individual attached of the client allocation among CRE/SCREs.3. Ensure attention to existing and new recruitment of VIPs, clients, and prospects, effectively creating a database for boutique sales and marketing activities4. Constantly demonstrate ambassadorial skills with partners or local dignitaries, at meetings, events, dinners, and other work-related functions5. Use Digital marketing tools with the digital team to create and engage with new HNI/UHNI customersAudit and Compliance: 1. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings 2. Ensure compliance of sales and brand process3. Responsible for company and brand mystery shopping scoresMerchandising: 1. Coordination with Merchandising towards order management from brands 2. Ensure quality and quantity of stock procured3. Management of stock norms at stores in line with brand agreement4. Ensure special edition watches are ordered to boost salesProfile:- Minimum of 15 years of experience- majority of which is in luxury space - At least last 3 years experience managing large teams- MBA Preferred- Acumen in identifying business potential, experience of hosting events, Networking Skills, High End product/customer Segments- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Leading a team of young professional and inspiring them- Strong communication skills and act as a coach and guide to the team- Must have a strong sense of disciplineJob Offer:- An attractive compensation package and the opportunity to play a significant role in the companys retail operations- Working closely with senior stakeholders to gain industry wide knowledge,
