Job Description

    Brand ManagerKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans, collaborating with the founders to drive brand growth and strengthen market presence.Lead the creative direction for product photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring alignment with the brands aesthetic and storytelling goals.Craft and communicate a clear and impactful brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.Oversee the creation of engaging content, including product images, banners, and social media visuals, ensuring brand consistency across e-commerce channels (website, marketplaces, and social media).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive brand image, ensuring a seamless user experience across touchpoints such as packaging, advertising, digital presence, and the website/app interface.Develop guidelines for product presentation, styling, and visual merchandising to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.Optimize visuals for promotional campaigns and seasonal launches, working closely with the marketing team.Analyze visual performance metrics and recommend strategies for improved engagement and conversion.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a visually appealing and innovative brand presence.Qualifications & Skills:Over 10 years of experience, including 4-5 years of leading brand marketing for fashion or lifestyle brands.Expertise in branding, digital marketing, and social media strategies.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a creative team.Proficiency in design and analytics tools, with a creative eye for aesthetics.2 years of experience in visual merchandising, e-commerce content management, or a similar creative role.Solid understanding of photography, videography, and design aesthetics, with experience directing photoshoots.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus.Experience in the luxury or jewelry sector, with a strong understanding of jewelry trends and consumer preferences.Ability to maintain a strong visual identity while ensuring that colors, textures, and details of jewelry are accurately represented, enhancing their brilliance and appeal.
