Job Description

The Global Salesforce Specialist will work with a team of experienced Salesforce professionals to support and consultation to more than 1,500 users across the globe. The ideal candidate needs to be a cool-minded, critical thinker who will provide a baseline-level of support for all users on Salesforce Lighting processes. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible to support user training and identify opportunities for increased process efficiencies. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a Salesforce support role and with Case Management. This position is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the interplay between business processes, user experience and technical solutions.

  • Provide end-user support for internal case management and case triage. Provide support with data integrity and stewardship
  • Assist with on-going training and learning materials and maintain general system documentation
  • Communicate Salesforce release features to help increase process efficiencies. Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree with 5 years of Salesforce case management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform, data structure and reporting functions
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability and patience to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to see themes, identify root cause of issues and prepare communications and job aids to close gaps
  • Ability to work in an agile environment, adapt rapidly to organizational needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products including Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with Sales Processes, Contracting, CPQ, and/or CONGA/Apttus is desired but not required
